JMF CONSULTING was created in 2004 by Jean-Marie FINK in order to cover all aspects of distribution in EUROPE, ASIA & AMERICA for industrial components including :

• Strategic development,
• Markets analysis and benchmarking,
• Customers expectations for manufacturers and distributors,
• Mergers and acquisitions,
• Head hunting,
• Coaching.

The products knowledge of JMF CONSULTING lies mainly into the PT/MC family of components i.e.:

• Bearings, Seals, Mechanical Transmission (V belts, chains, etc…),
• Pneumatics and Hydraulics,
• Ancillary products (lubrication, adhesives, etc….),
• Services needed by the customers covering all these products.

Jean-Marie FINK born in Alsace and therefore bilingual (French, German) graduated in economics from the University of Strasbourg, his career was split into 3 main areas:

• 13 years with INA (SCHAEFFLER Group) in sales and marketing in a manufacturing environment where he was instrumental in creating NTN France as a JV between NTN Osaka and INA France;

• 12 years creating and developing his own business: ROULEMENT SERVICE (= Bearing Service) which is Nr 1 in FRANCE in the Distribution of power transmission (mainly bearings);

• 12 years on the Board of BRAMMER, now RUBIX, managing FRANCE (350 people) and GERMANY (450 people), creating and implementing the European strategy for bearings, linear motion and seals.

These rich experiences of manufacturing (INA), entrepreneurial behaviour (ROULEMENT SERVICE) and international European Management (BRAMMER) form the base of an unmatched set of skills, knowledge and networks anchored on gatherings coming not only from EUROPE but also from USA and ASIA.

In the field of M & A, JMF CONSULTING managed acquisitions in FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY CANADA and USA for BIANCHI CUSCINETTI, BRAMMER (now RUBIX) and DESCOURS & CABAUD.
For strategic development JMF CONSULTING worked with Market Leaders like FREUDENBERG, LOCTITE, SKF, IKO, TSUBAKI, SEDIS, ROLLON, DONGHUA etc

Jean-Marie FINK is a member of European Power Transmission Distributors Association (EPTDA) and Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) in USA and Canadian PTDA.
